Cancellation Before Confirmation
Customers can cancel the test booking free of charge before the test is confirmed by our team.
Cancellation After Confirmation
If a test is canceled after confirmation but before sample collection/visit, a cancellation charge may apply as per company guidelines.
Same-Day Cancellation
For cancellations made on the same day of the scheduled test or after the technician has been dispatched, a service or visit charge may be deducted.
No-Show Policy
If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time and location, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be applicable.
Refund Process
Any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business working days.
Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule their test once without any additional charges, subject to availability.
Company Rights
The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any test due to unforeseen circumstances such as technician unavailability, bad weather, or technical issues. In such cases, a full refund will be provided or the test will be rescheduled.
