Refund Policy

At Suvidha Solution, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are processed.

  1. Eligibility for Refund
    A refund is applicable only if the service is canceled as per our cancellation policy and before the service is delivered or work has started.

  2. Advance Payments
    If any advance payment is made and the service is canceled before dispatch of the technician or service provider, the refundable amount will be processed after applicable deductions, if any.

  3. Non-Refundable Cases
    No refund shall be provided in the following cases:

    • Service has already been completed

    • Technician/service provider has been dispatched and visit has been made

    • Customer unavailable at the scheduled time (no-show)

    • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  4. Partial Refunds
    In case of partial service completion or customer-requested service modification, partial refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion.

  5. Failed Transactions
    If an amount is deducted due to a failed transaction, the refund will be processed automatically within 5–7 business working days.

  6. Refund Method
    All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  7. Processing Time
    Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business working days depending on the bank/payment gateway.

  8. Company Rights
    The company reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after reviewing the case.
