Suvidha Solution acts as a service facilitation platform connecting customers with independent, verified technicians for home appliance repair, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and home construction services. All services are provided on a commission basis.
Service requests can be made through phone, website, or app.
Booking confirmation depends on technician availability.
Suvidha Solution reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unavoidable circumstances.
Service charges are informed before work begins.
Final cost may change if additional work is required.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or other approved digital modes.
Commission charged by Suvidha Solution is included in the final bill.
No extra charges will be taken without customer approval.
Warranty (if any) depends on the type of service and technician.
Spare parts, if used, may have a manufacturer warranty only.
Suvidha Solution is not responsible for defects in customer-supplied materials.
Customers must:
Provide accurate service details and address.
Ensure safe access to the service location.
Be present during service delivery or assign a responsible person.
All technicians are background-verified to the best of our ability.
However, technicians are independent service providers, not direct employees.
Any misconduct should be reported immediately.
Suvidha Solution is not responsible for any indirect, accidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the service amount paid.
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or damages at the service location.
Customers can cancel a booking before technician dispatch without charges.
If cancellation is done after technician arrival, a visit charge may apply.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Customers must ensure a safe working environment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or illegal.

Service areas may be updated without prior notice.
All logos, brand names, website content, and materials of Suvidha Solution are protected and cannot be used without written permission.
We are not responsible for service delays due to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or events beyond our control.
